Option A

210-Minute Fundraiser, 40+ Attendees

Timeframe: The organization reserves The Claw Factory for a 210-minute time slot, agreed upon in advance.
Available booking: Saturday and Sunday not available
Minimum attendance: 40 attendees associated with the organization must attend during the event window.
Profit Share: The organization will receive 10% of net profits generated that day.
Promotion: The organization is required to post on Instagram and/or TikTok twice a week for two weeks before the event (each TikTok must reach at least 800 views).

Option B

270-Minute Fundraiser, 75+ Attendees

Timeframe: The organization reserves The Claw Factory for a 270-minute time slot, agreed upon in advance.
Available booking: Saturday and Sunday are not available
Minimum attendance: 75 attendees must attend during the 270-minute event window.
Profit Share: The organization will receive 25% of the net profits generated that day.
Promotion: The organization is required to post on Instagram and/or TikTok three times a week for three weeks before the event (each TikTok must reach at least 900 views).

*Note

Although Options A and B include a reserved time at The Claw Factory, the store will remain open to the public. Customers associated with the organization must have tickets to distinguish them from others. Only ticketed customers count toward attendance and profit sharing. Tickets cannot be distributed near The Claw Factory.
